As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing outstanding front-desk service and administrative support. Your work will directly support onboarding and client interactions while maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment.
Key duties include:
- greeting visitors and managing the reception area with professionalism.
- handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- ensuring supplies and kitchen stocks are replenished.
- supporting the onboarding of new clients, including AML checks.
- assisting with document control and general admin tasks.
- managing meeting room bookings, ensuring a professional environment.
- supporting the payroll team with administrative tasks.
- tidying stock cupboards and managing administrative support for internal teams.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
- strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with case management systems.
- good communication skills and a personable manner.
- prior experience in a professional, customer-facing environment.
- a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
While industry-specific experience is not essential, familiarity with legal or professional services environments would be beneficial. Knowledge of AML procedures and prior experience with CRM systems like Fibre CRM are advantageous, but full training will be provided.
