This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance operational excellence with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring services run efficiently while actively driving revenue and identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across clinical services
- Drive patient acquisition, conversion rates, and overall commercial performance
- Proactively spot gaps in services, pricing, and patient demand to unlock growth
- Build and optimise referral pathways, partnerships, and lead sources
- Monitor performance data to inform sales strategy and improve profitability
- Work closely with leadership to deliver business growth initiatives
- Oversee clinic operations to ensure capacity is maximised and aligned to demand
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical and support teams
- Maintain high standards of patient experience and clinical governance
