We’re looking for a commercially aware Account Manager who thrives on rapport, trust, and long-term client engagement, rather than targets and cold calls.
Working for a growing consultancy specialising in health, safety, and environmental risk management for the commercial property sector, you’ll act as a trusted partner to an established client base, deepening relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring they get real value from our services.
This is a refreshingly non-pushy role: no aggressive sales tactics, just meaningful conversations and smart account stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
- Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
- Identifying opportunities to add value
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver great outcomes
Your skills & experience:
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A consultative, non-salesy approach
- Someone who enjoys working with people, not chasing quotas
