We are recruiting for an Accounts & Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an office based role based in Brentwood in a well established and friendly company.
Key Duties:- Processing purchase orders
- Supporting purchase and sales ledgers
- Assisting with credit control
- Bank reconciliations and banking transactions
- Reconciling company credit cards
- Answering and directing calls
- General administration, filing and data entry
- Supporting the Finance Director with reporting and ad hoc tasks
About You:- AAT qualified or studying towards AAT or relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous accounts experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to commute to Brentwood daily
