We're looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant business and technology change. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to make their mark, take ownership of meaningful projects and gain exposure to a broad range of business initiatives within a dynamic and evolving environment.
 
This is a predominately remote role, with monthly travel to the Norfolk offices 1-2 days a month.

Both a permanent contract, or 12 month FTC is considered, dependent on the candidate.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, handover and benefits realisation.
  • Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Build and maintain project plans, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.
  • Establish and manage project governance, reporting and communication plans.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
  • Coordinate activities across business teams, technology functions, finance and third-party suppliers.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
  • Ensure projects deliver agreed objectives, outcomes and business benefits.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and ways of working.
 
Experience Required
  • Previous experience delivering business, technology or transformation projects.
  • Strong project planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and drive delivery.
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to ERP, finance or business systems projects would be beneficial.
  • PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar project management qualifications are desirable.
  • Likely to suit someone with several years of project delivery experience who is looking to broaden their impact and accelerate their development.
