Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a varied and rewarding role within a supportive and professional environment? We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our client based in Norwich. 

As a key point of contact for employees and managers, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting recruitment, employee relations, learning and development initiatives, payroll changes, and people projects.

You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or studying towards it), with previous experience in a generalist role, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Experience in a generalist HR/People Advisor role.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
