Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments for senior leaders.
- Handling a high volume of correspondence accurately and professionally.
- Assisting with the organisation of events, meetings, and guest arrangements.
- Supporting the recruitment process for Fellows and organising college events.
- Acting as secretary for committees and managing related documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to various departments.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in a personal or executive assistant role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in a university or college setting.
- Knowledge of committee administrative processes.
- Confident in handling sensitive information discreetly.
