Are you detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving? We're recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established company based in Ipswich.
This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting both internal teams and external partners across Europe. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our finance admin and supplier portal, helping to deliver high-quality service to an international client base.
Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day support for finance systems including invoicing, reporting, and purchase orders
- Assisting internal staff and customers using the supplier web portal
- Creating supplier and customer accounts
- Managing and resolving interface error reports
- Maintaining user access and ensuring data quality across systems
- Working closely with IT to troubleshoot technical issues
Successful Candidate Will Need:
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel
- Organised, with the ability to manage your own workload
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
