Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the People & Culture Manager will work across the full employee lifecycle, providing expert HR guidance and partnering with managers to deliver high-performing, values-led teams. You'll lead on a range of people initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and support.
- Lead and support complex employee relations cases.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Develop and deliver people management training programmes.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing strategies.
- Contribute to organisational change and workforce planning projects.
- Champion Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice initiatives.
- Review and develop HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and legislation.
- Support the ongoing development of people systems and processes
About You
We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional who can confidently build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Experience leading people projects and organisational change initiatives.
- A passion for employee wellbeing, engagement and development.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
