We are seeking 2 experienced HR Business Partners to join their team to support organisational growth and to strengthen the HR function in a busy, values-led environment. The successful candidates will play a vital part in shaping HR strategies, managing complex employee relations, and advising senior managers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, providing expert guidance to managers
- Support senior leadership with HR strategy development and implementation
- Line manage the HR Advisor and HR Administrator, ensuring effective team performance
- Deliver coaching and development support to managers
- Contribute to HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational values and best practice
- Support and implement organisational change initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist in talent management and recruitment activities as needed
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within complex environments
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent
- Strong capability in managing complex employee relations casework
- Demonstrable ability to advise and influence senior management with credibility and gravitas
- Resilience and professionalism when dealing with sensitive issues
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Experience managing or leading HR teams or projects
