Audit & Accounts Manager

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join a growing and highly respected professional services firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) looking to take a leading role in managing key client relationships, developing talented teams, and contributing to business growth.

The Role You'll be a key member of the management team, responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of diverse clients and delivering exceptional service
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
• Supporting business development activities and identifying growth opportunities
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives
• Reviewing complex assignments and maintaining high technical standards
• Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external contacts

About You You'll bring:

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Significant experience within an accountancy practice environment
• Proven people management and leadership skills
• Strong client relationship and portfolio management experience
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
