Immediate start available for an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations. Whilst this is a generalist role, around 60-70% of the role is focused on proactive employee relations and case management. This role is being recruited on a hybrid basis and will work closely with the HR Director and HR team across a key client group.

If you are a proactive self-starter with a strong track record of managing a high volume ER case load then this is a great opportunity for you. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters.
- Lead complex absence management cases from start to finish
- Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
- Support the team on other HR activates as directed
- HR Project work
