We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking a Temporary Project Assistant to join their Supply Chain team for a project-focused assignment.
This role will support a key compliance and data management project, ensuring supplier information is accurately maintained and regulatory requirements are met for international operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and validate supplier data, including country of origin and material content information
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to gather required compliance information
  • Support the development of reporting tools and system-based compliance reports
  • Ensure tariff and origin data is correctly recorded
  • Assist with compliance audits and respond to information requests
  • Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and data management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working with Excel and business systems/ERP software
  • Previous experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or a compliance-focused administration role would be advantageous
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage information effectively
