Polish speaking Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Norwich who are seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 12 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a busy and collaborative team, supporting customers, distributors and internal stakeholders across a range of administrative and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer enquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer, product and order information within company systems.
• Support contract and order administration processes.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with logistics and export teams to support on-time deliveries.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Utilise CRM and ERP systems to manage customer interactions and transactions.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Fluent written and spoken Polish.
• Previous experience within a customer service, customer support or sales administration role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience using ERP, CRM or similar business systems would be an advantage.  
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
