Interim Commercial Finance Manager

Growing organisation looking to appoint an experienced Interim Commercial Finance Manager to support the business through a particularly busy period on an initial 6 month contract .
This is a hands-on role and requires someone who can quickly immerse themselves in the operation, build strong working relationships across the business and provide commercially focused financial support from day one. Given the nature of the role, this is predominantly an onsite position, working closely alongside operational and senior leadership teams.
The Role

• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities
• Provide challenge and support around business performance
• Develop management information and performance reporting
• Support strategic projects, investment decisions and business cases
• Help the wider finance team manage a period of increased workload and ongoing growth

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Strong commercial finance background with previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance Manager role
• Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels
• Able to work independently and add value quickly
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Available for an initial six-month assignment
