We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Financial Controller to join a successful multi-site organisation. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will support financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management and the continuous improvement of financial controls and processes.

- Review monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Deliver financial analysis, reporting and performance insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Oversee statutory accounts preparation and support external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in driving finance process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior finance team members.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience.
- Strong financial and management accounting background.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within a multi-site or group environment is advantageous.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
