We're partnering with a high-growth, innovation-led organisation looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and develop their in-house recruitment function.
 
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape TA strategy, partner with senior stakeholders and lead a small recruitment team, while continuing to recruit for key business-critical roles.
 
What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function.
• Manage and coach a team of recruiters.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Drive direct sourcing and talent pipelining.
• Lead recruitment for senior, specialist and hard-to-find talent across a range of business areas.
• Improve processes, on-boarding, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

 
What We're Looking For

• Experience leading an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
• A strong track record recruiting specialist talent.
• An individual who enjoys both strategy and 'hands on' delivery 
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and recruit.

 
Ideal Background
Experience within innovation-led environments would be advantageous.
