Part-Time HR Advisor

An established manufacturing business on the outskirts of Cambridge is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join its team on a permanent, part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role supporting a number of operational teams across the business, with a strong focus on employee relations. You’ll work closely with managers, providing practical advice and guidance across disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance and capability issues, and employment tribunal matters.
We’re looking for someone who is resilient, self-starting and confident managing their own workload, with the judgement to handle sensitive and sometimes complex employee issues. Excellent interpersonal skills will be essential, as you’ll be building relationships with a diverse range of managers and employees across the business.
The role is 25 hours per week and office-based near Cambridge, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a tangible difference within a busy manufacturing environment.
