I've been on the market for quite some time and had the opportunity to work with quite a few recruiters, and I have to say Jon is by far the best one. He's been encouraging, helpful with interview prep and supportive from start to finish. Although I didn't get the role this time, some of the prep we did is something I will take with me going forward. Things like what questions to ask (and the correct time to ask them), the right attitude to approach unexpected questions with, and how important research is on a company.
